Beetroot Hummus Plate

A refreshing take on hummus full of beetroot’s sweet summer freshness with the fine balance of Kasih hummus’ smooth texture and the delightful crunches of crushed walnuts. Serve it with a drizzle of olive oil and garnish it with mint leaves.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Kasih Hummus 135 gm
  • 2 fresh beetroots, boiled
  • 1/2 cup walnut
  • Olive oil to finish
  • Mint leaves for garnishing

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, blend the beetroots and walnuts.
  2. Fold the beetroot into the Hummus until well combined.
  3. Spread the Hummus in a serving plate.
