Mustard Hummus Crudites

A different type of crudité with a hefty dose of visual stimulation. These cups made with Kasih hummus and mustard instead of a heavy dipping sauce is the perfect choice for a summer cocktail party; it’s light, healthy and full of colours. Don’t forget the cherry tomato on top!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Kasih Hummus 135 gm
  • 1 carrot, cut julienne style
  • 1 cucumber, cut julienne style
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut julienne style
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 18-20 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 mini cocktail glasses

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together the Hummus, mustard, and sage.
  2. Use a piping bag to add the mustard Hummus to the cocktail glasses filling up a quarter of each glass.
  3. Add one slice of each vegetable and a cherry tomato, as shown in the picture.
