Orange Bell Pepper Hummus Plate

Shades of orange play a key role in this dish with its smooth fine texture. Mix Kasih hummus with mashed orange bell pepper and saffron-infused water to get that beautiful shade. Garnish with saffron, sesame seeds and spring onions for a beautiful contrast.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Kasih Hummus 135 gm
  • 2 orange bell peppers, roasted and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon saffron
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • Green onions, saffron, and roasted sesame seeds for garnishing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak the saffron in hot water for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain the saffron and keep the water.
  3. Blend 2 tablespoons of the saffron water with the bell pepper.
  4. Stir the bell pepper saffron paste into the Hummus.
  5. Spread the Hummus in a serving plate.

GARNISH

Garnish with green onions, sesame, and saffron.
